This Sunday, March 7th, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
*Sunday School will resume March 14 at 9:45! We are very excited to be able to starting meeting again for Bible study and fellowship. Most classes will return to their usual classrooms. Co-Ed III which met in the conference room will meet in the fellowship hall. If you are a new member and aren't sure which class to attend, we have classes for men, women, and co-ed groups in the adult department and graded classes for children and youth. Crib babies up to 3 years old will meet in the nursery area. I will be in the fellowship hall after worship services this Sunday, March 7, to answer any questions or help you decide where to begin the Sunday School journey next week. I will also have the literature with me if you haven't picked up your copy yet. Thank you!! ~Vera Hammond
*VBS is right around the corner. Right now, it is scheduled for June 20-24th. We need volunteers! Starting next week, we will have a sign up sheet on the board outside the fellowship hall as well as one online where you can sign up to serve in this most important outreach. It is all hands on deck. There is something for everyone to help with. Join us!
*Morning prayer at 8:00 am has resumed in the conference room.
*Men's Bible Study is Monday nights at 7pm in the Fellowship Hall.
*Wednesday Night activities are every Wednesday Night, in-person (unless otherwise announced):
*The Choir Ministry has the following opportunities available to all:
*The sign-up sheet for alter flowers for the 2021 calendar year is now available. You can sign up online by clicking HERE or use the traditional sign up form posted on the Board behind the sanctuary. As of now, arrangements are $49/week.
*Updated, printed copies of the Church Directory for 2021 are now available. If you cannot locate a copy and wish to receive one, please contact Ms. Abby or Carrie in the church office.
*WOM/WMU has canceled the Women's Tea scheduled for March 20th. There is; however, a WOM/WMU group meeting scheduled for Monday, March 8th at 7pm in the Conference Room.
*Any member interested in serving as an usher or greeter is asked to join us for a brief training session Wed., Mar. 10th at 7pm in the vestibule outside of the sanctuary.
*Baptist Men's Prayer/Fellowship Breakfast will resume Saturday, March 13th at 7:45 am. All men of the church are encourage to attend.
*Welcome Back Sunday is scheduled for Sunday, March 14th. Information is in this week's bulletin. Here is the basic information:
*The next church conference is scheduled for Wed., March 17th at 6pm. The agenda packet can be found on the church website in the Member Only section and printed copies are available around the church.
*The church office will be closed in observance of Good Friday on Friday, Apr. 2nd.
*The next Deacon's Meeting will be Tuesday, Apr. 6th at 7pm in the Conference Room.
*Wednesday Night Fellowship Meals are scheduled to resume on Wednesday, April 7th at 5pm. The new food serve crew is excited about getting back to this fellowship tradition. Please note that there will be no charge for the meals; it will be on a donation basis. In order to adequately prepare; however, we will need all who will plan to join us to sign up by 1pm on the Monday of that week. We will have sign up sheets on the Bulletin board across from the fellowship hall and online. Finally, in the beginning, we will be starting out with "light" meals as we ease back into this ministry. We will put more information out in the next few weeks.
*Graduation Sunday is scheduled for May 23rd. We will be recognizing our high school and college graduates. The online form will be online starting next week. Please make sure to fill it out so we can recognize all of our graduates & their accomplishments. We will be reaching out with more details for all the plans for our graduates.
*The season of our Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions is upon us. Our goal for this year is $5000. Remember to specify on your check or envelope the donation is for Annie Armstrong or use the special Annie Armstrong donation envelopes.

*For those who have asked, here is a link from the Cumberland County Health Department regarding the COVID vaccine. CLICK HERE. It has all the current information available from the health department.
*Everyone is reminded of the church sign-in/out practice. If you, guests, workers, visitors, deliveries or anyone you know is using the church building for any reason, you are respectfully asked to check in with the church office first. It is also asked that should you be so helpful while in the church to receive visitors or deliveries that you be so kind as to send them to the church office.
*All committees and groups who are meeting in the church are reminded of the church's mask practice. Social distancing must be implemented. Hand sanitizer needs to be made readily available & utilized and finally, please clean the area you are using after your meeting/gathering is over (spray down seats, wipe off surface areas, etc.)
*We are starting to better utilize the "Member Only" section of the church's website. This will be an ongoing process for a couple of months. We will update the information for you; all you need to do is fill out the form and send it back.
