Please Note the following:

E-mail sent out to the church: (Monday, May 18, 2020)

Church Family,

As we prepare to move inside this week for service, we are also having the service to be transmitted thru the FM transmitter for those not wanting to come inside. Safety is top priority for everyone, and we are taking extra measures to maintain that balance. Our plan moving forward for this week is the following:

Service at 10am in Fellowship Hall with chairs grouped in two's with distance between each group. This service will be recorded and loaded on the website later.

Cars will be able to receive transmission thru their radios as we have used the last couple of weeks.

Doors will open for seating at 9:40am, before entering the building everyone's temperature will be taken, if anyone's temp is 100.3 F and below you will be allowed to entered the building, at that time we request you have on a mask and remain wearing your mask for the duration of your stay inside the building. We are not providing masks, you will need to bring your mask.

Disclaimer: If you have felt like you have had a fever in the past day or a cough that seems to worsen please do not put others at risk by entering the building. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms, anyone with a temperature above 100.4 F, or when seating has been filled to present capacity.

Please respond to this email or call the church office to let us know if you are planning to come inside as we will use your response in preparing adequate seating as much as possible.

C.J.
